About Me

Initially I worked as a Human Factors Engineer, involved in the analysis and design of equipment and training for new military systems.  This gave me a thorough understanding of people’s physical and mental capabilities and how they could best be supported in performing as required through the provision of appropriate task equipment, information, and training.

More recently I have worked on understanding and changing ‘softer’ organisational and cultural aspects of work to improve performance, in addition to ensuring that tasks are physically and mentally achievable by the people being asked to perform them.
